    Answer:
    Our workshops cover a range of topics from effective business writing to creative writing techniques, tailored to improve your professional and personal writing skills, especially in the English language.

    Answer: These workshops are ideal for anyone interested in enhancing their writing skills, including professionals seeking to improve their business communication skills, aspiring writers, marketers, retirees, and students.

    Answer: We run workshops every month. Please check our schedule on the website for more details.

     

  4. Question: What makes your workshops unique from others?

    Answer: Our workshops are specifically designed to elevate your English writing skills, which we understand may be quite challenging if English is not your native language.

    Through our interactive, hands-on approach by expert facilitators with real-world experience, we aim to address practical challenges with practical solutions you can practice even after you have completed the workshops.

    We mainly focus on the writing process to help you acquire the strategic skills toward better, more effective writing output.
     

REGISTRATION AND FEES

  1. Question: How do I register for a workshop?

    Answer: You can complete your registration online through our website, or by contacting our consultants directly. All necessary details are provided on our registration page.

     

  2. Question: What is the cost of attending a workshop?

    Answer: The cost varies by workshop length and content, but generally ranges from IDR 5 million to IDR 7 million per workshop. Detailed pricing is available on our registration page.

     

  3. Question: Are there discounts available for groups or early registration?

    Answer: Yes, we offer a 10% discount for groups of two or more and for early bird registrations made at least one (1) month in advance.

     

  4. Question: What is included in the workshop fee?

    Answer: The fee includes all workshop materials, personalized feedback, and refreshments during the sessions.
     

WORKSHOP CONTENT

  1. Question: Please describe a typical workshop schedule.

    Answer: Each workshop runs for six (6) hours per session from 10AM to 4PM with a mix of lectures, interactive sessions, and writing exercises.

    There’s a lunch break at noon and a short break in the morning and afternoon (10 minutes each).

     

  2. Question: What are the key learning outcomes of these workshops?

    Answer: Participants will leave with improved writing skills, understanding of different writing styles, and the ability to produce clear, compelling content for various purposes.

     

  3. Question: Do participants need to prepare anything before attending?

    Answer: No specific preparation is required, but we encourage participants to come with a piece of writing they wish to improve, which can be used as a case study during the workshop.

     

  4. Question: Will there be any homework or assignments?

    Answer: While there is no mandatory homework, we provide in-class exercises to be completed during workshop sessions.
     

LOGISTICS

  1. Question: Where are the workshops held?

    Answer: Workshops are held at JP Live! Space located on the 5th floor of The Jakarta Post Building (Jl. Palmerah Barat No. 142-143, Jakarta 10270).

     

  2. Question: Is there an option to attend these workshops virtually?

    Answer: No.
    All our public workshops are held offline (in-person). Only our corporate training programs are available in the virtual format.

     

  3. Question: What materials will the participants receive during the workshop?

    Answer: Participants will receive worksheets and handouts.

     

  4. Question: What should participants bring to the workshop?

    Answer: We recommend bringing a laptop or a tablet for writing exercises, although paper and pens will also be available.
     

POST-WORKSHOP SUPPORT

  1. Question: Is there any follow-up support after the workshop?

    Answer: Yes, participants can join our online community for ongoing advice and resources.

     

  2. Question: Do participants receive certificates upon completion?

    Answer: Yes, all participants receive a certificate of completion that acknowledges their participation and learning achievements.

     

  3. Question: How can participants continue to improve their writing after the workshop?

    Answer: We offer advanced workshops and recommend regular practice using the tips and techniques covered during the workshop. Participants also have access to our bi-weekly newsletter with writing tips and exercises.

     

  4. Question: Will there be opportunities for further advanced workshops?

    Answer: Yes, we provide a series of advanced and specialized workshops throughout the year that build on the foundational skills learned in our initial sessions.
     

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

  1. Question: What is your cancellation policy for workshop registrations?

    Answer: Participants can cancel up to 3 working days before the workshop for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 3 working days in advance will incur a 50% fee.

     

  2. Can I reschedule my attendance to a future workshop if something comes up?

    Answer: Yes, you can reschedule your attendance to any future and price-compatible workshop without any additional cost, providing you notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled day.

     

  3. Question: What happens if a workshop is canceled by the organizers?

    Answer: In the event that a workshop is canceled by us, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to another workshop of your choice.
