    Answer: Our team handles mostly feature writing services designed for corporate requirements, such as books, web articles and blog posts.

    Occasionally, we also handle social media captions and website copy.

     

  2. Question: Can you match the writing style to our brand voice?

    Answer: Absolutely.

    We often require our partners and clients to provide samples of copy or writing we can break down into specific writing styles and approaches.

     

  3. Question: Do you only produce writing in English, or both English and Bahasa Indonesia?

    Answer: We do both languages.

    However, for brands or clients that require writing in both languages, we usually determine which is the primary language, because then the document written in the other language will be a translation of the primary language.

     

  4. Question: How does your team handle research topics outside of their immediate expertise?

    Answer: Our team approaches topics outside of our immediate expertise with thorough research and collaboration with subject matter experts.

    We do not provide research services that require polling, surveying, or mapping.

    Answer: Our revision policy includes two (2) rounds of minor adjustments and one (1) round of more substantial, medium revisions to ensure the final product aligns with your expectations.

    Major revisions, which are conceptual and extensive changes, are possible but may incur additional fees.

    We aim to be transparent and collaborative throughout the revision process to achieve the best possible outcome for your project.

     

  3. Question: How do you handle feedback and changes from clients?

    Answer: We love feedback!

    It is very important for us to understand whether our delivery has successfully met our client’s objectives and expectations.

    We are also ready to handle changes in requirements, providing they don’t stray too far from the project scope.

    Answer: Our payment terms are straightforward: we require a 50% deposit upfront to begin work on your project, with the remaining 50% due upon completion, before the final deliverables are handed over.

  3. Question: What payment methods do you accept?

    Answer: Bank transfer.

     

  4. Question: Are there additional fees that could apply (e.g. rush fees, project extension fees, or research fees?

    Answer: Yes.

    While we strive to keep our pricing straightforward and transparent, certain project requirements may be subjected to additional fees.

    We always discuss these potential fees upfront, ensuring our clients are fully informed and agree to any additional costs before we proceed with the project.

    While we do not assign dedicated writers, editors, or translators to individual clients, our team is committed to maintaining consistency and quality across your projects by ensuring that the most suitable professionals with relevant expertise are assigned to meet your requirements effectively.

    Answer: Microsoft Word, PDF, and RichText.

     

  3. Question: What support do you offer after project completion?

    We also provide advice or guidance on how to best utilize the completed work, and recommendations for future projects, or continuation of the current project.
